Candidates must have over 12 years in risk or compliance within financial services, with direct experience engaging regulators. This position will be instrumental in shaping a new compliance function before the platform goes live in 2027.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years in risk, compliance, or regulatory roles in financial services.
• Direct experience with senior financial-services regulator on licensing and policy.
• Working knowledge of CPMI-IOSCO Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Designing the enterprise risk framework from a blank sheet.
• Owning the relationship with the regulator on compliance matters.
