Job summary

Allianz Partners in Oman is seeking an Assistant Manager MPM to oversee Medical Provider networks, negotiate tariffs, and onboard providers to build a cost-efficient regional network. You will lead local provider management, drive regulatory compliance with authorities, and coordinate with claims, legal and IT to implement CPT pricing and ePrescriptions.

This role requires a medical background, 3–5 years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to maintain high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; medical background preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a network administration environment (hospitals/insurance companies/TPAs).
• Fluent in written and spoken English, French and Arabic; other languages are an advantage.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the strategy devised by Global & Regional Head of MPM.
• Deliver assigned objectives within full scope of Medical Provider Management within the region.
• Lead contract negotiations, tariff revisions, and service expansions.
• Manage provider relations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with regulators, providers, and internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to the Manager and daily updates on priority matters.
