Job summary

alfanar Building Systems is seeking a Quantity Surveying Engineer to support civil and construction cost management through quantity take-off, cost estimation, measurement verification, billing, and commercial documentation.

The role partners with project managers, site teams, procurement and finance to ensure accurate quantities, reliable estimates, and timely payment processing. 4–6 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 4–6 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, measurement and billing.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off and measurement using drawings and BOQs.
• Tendering, cost estimation, and contract support.
• Billing and interim payment certification.
• General responsibilities: reports and documentation.
• Compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
