Job summary

Etio in Saudi Arabia seeks a Quality Assurance/Inspector to evaluate 200 master trainers over a 3-year national programme. The role includes in-class observations, participant interviews, and bilingual reports aligned to a structured QA framework.

The position involves travel across Saudi Arabia (up to 5 trips per cohort) and collaboration with a Lead Reviewer and Project Manager to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training observation, teaching, or evaluation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with ability to draft bilingual reports.
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and adapt to flexible working schedules.
• Experience with QA frameworks or rubrics.

Responsibilities

• In-Class Observations: conduct 2-day observations of master trainers and interviews (~10%). Apply QA framework to assess delivery, engagement and effectiveness.
• Reporting: draft bilingual reports (~1,200 words) within 2–3 days of observation; revise per feedback.
• Collaboration and Feedback: coordinate with co-observers; participate in calibration sessions; align with Lead Reviewer and Project Manager.
• Logistics and Travel: coordinate scheduling and travel across Saudi Arabia (up to 5 trips per cohort).
• Training Participation: attend training/workshops to maintain methodology alignment.
