Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking a QA/QC Engineer for Oman to lead QA/QC activities on Oil & Gas projects. The role requires delivering ITPs, quality plans, method statements, and inspection procedures, along with reviewing certificates and NCR management.

The candidate should hold a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 6–9 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of mechanical/piping inspection, welding, NDT, and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–9 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/piping inspection, welding, NDT, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC activities for Oil & Gas projects.
• Prepare and implement ITPs, Quality Plans, Method Statements, and inspection procedures.
• Review material certificates, WPS/PQR, NDT reports, and inspection records.
• Raise and close NCRs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and final quality dossiers.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and project specifications.
