Job summary

Experience is seeking a Senior QA/QC professional to provide technical QA/QC expertise across EPC mechanical pipeline/piping projects. The role involves developing and maintaining the QMS, approving welding and NDT documentation, and leading audits and NCR actions.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding) with relevant certifications (CWI, NACE Level 2, ASNT Level II) and have substantial Middle East offshore project experience.

Qualifications

QA/QC technical expertise in EPC projects.
Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS.
Review and approve welding documents (WPS, PQR, PWPS) and NDT procedures.
Lead NCR management and root cause analysis.
Review ITPs and third-party inspection reports.

Responsibilities

Provide QA/QC training and guidance to project/site teams.
Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and Quality Department on quality matters.
Monitor deviation control and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
Review and approve EPC engineering deliverables and QA/QC documentation.
Conduct internal and external quality audits.
