The Product Specialist – PureWick acts as the clinical and commercial champion, driving market development, stakeholder engagement, clinical practice transformation, and account expansion to establish Pure Wick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years in hospital/healthcare or medical devices sales.
• Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.

Responsibilities

• Increase portfolio share and achieve area budget in assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities in HCOs via direct orders and tenders.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize market penetration.
• Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies.
• Clarify issues impacting delivery in the assigned area.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform hospitals of product availability.
• Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify KOLs within the incontinence community.
• Promote product awareness ethically and professionally.
• Market map and segment customers; respond to demand.
• Ensure BD’s standards are followed.
