Job summary

EY Parthenon is seeking a Decision Analytics Manager to lead high-impact analytics projects across government and public sector clients in the GCC. You will guide problem definition, data assessment, modeling and implementation, delivering practical recommendations and executive-ready insights.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure governance and reproducibility, and advance AI-enabled workflows while shaping client relationships and proposals in the MENA region.

Qualifications

Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience in data science or operational research.
Degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, CS, engineering or economics.
Experience leading analytics, optimization or simulation workstreams for government/public sector.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics workstreams from problem definition to model delivery.
Translate findings into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Coach junior colleagues and manage project risks, budgets and timelines.
Develop reusable methods, code and model templates for recurring services.
