Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong RFQ/RFP/tendering knowledge and bid management.
• Excel pricing models, data analysis, and cost calculations.
• Experience with government or defense tenders desirable.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Specialist to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to RFQs, RFPs, and tendering opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in proposal management, cost estimation, pricing strategies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to identify technical, commercial, and compliance requirements, while ensuring adherence to submission deadlines.
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop pricing models, quotations, cost estimates, and commercial offers aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct costing, pricing, and commercial analyses using advanced Microsoft Excel tools and methodologies.
• Ensure proposal accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements and tender specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to gather and validate required information.
• Maintain proposal documentation, templates, pricing databases, and historical records.
• Manage multiple bid opportunities simultaneously while ensuring effective schedule tracking and on-time submission.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal management, tendering, bidding, costing, pricing, or commercial operations.
• Proven experience in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong understanding of RFQ, RFP, tendering, bid management, costing, and pricing processes.
• Previous experience with government or defense sector tenders is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pricing models, formulas, data analysis, and cost calculations.
• Excellent English communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
