Job summary

Confidential Company in Muscat seeks a senior Civil Project Manager to lead and deliver complex building projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant execution and financial control.

The role requires an 8–15 year track record in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, with deep knowledge of Oman/GCC regulations and FIDIC contracts. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in building construction and contracting.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Oman/GCC.
• Experience handling subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
