Job summary

ABICON is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead EPC project execution across piping, civil, and mechanical construction on oil & gas projects. You will manage scope, budgets, and master schedules while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include CPM scheduling with Primavera P6, risk management, HSE compliance, and close-out documentation. A 15+ year track record in EPC/construction and PMP (preferred) are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in EPC/construction project execution, including at least 5 years in a project management role on industrial or oil & gas projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution for ABICON's scope, from mobilization through close-out.
• Develop and manage the project execution plan, budget, and master schedule.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Oversee Construction, QC, Planning, Procurement, and HSE functions within the project.
• Chair project progress meetings and report project status to senior management and the client.
• Manage project risks, changes, and claims in coordination with the commercial/contracts team.
• Approve project manpower, equipment, and material mobilization plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and applicable codes/standards.
• Drive cost control and schedule adherence through the project controls team.
• Ensure HSE standards and quality requirements are enforced across all site activities.
• Support tendering and proposal input for future projects as required.
• Manage project close-out, handover, and lessons-learned documentation.
