Experienced Civil Manager with over 15 years of expertise in EPC execution of Substation (AIS/GIS) and Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) projects. The role involves overall leadership of civil engineering activities, including planning, execution, cost control, contract management, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Lead and manage end-to-end civil works execution for:
  • EHV Substations (AIS/GIS)
  • Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) projects
• Oversee project lifecycle: engineering coordination → procurement → construction → commissioning → handover
• Ensure adherence to EPC contract schedules and key milestones
• Manage multiple subcontractors for:
  • Substation civil works (foundations, control building, trenches)
  • Tower foundations (pile/open foundations)
  • Infrastructure works (roads, drainage, fencing)
• Evaluate contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations
• Approve work methods, schedules, and progress
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedule (Primavera/MS Project)
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and cost targets
• Oversee:
  • Client billing (milestone-based)
  • Subcontractor billing and certification
