Job summary

JASARA PMC invites expressions of interest for a Programme Director to lead expansive oil and gas programmes. The role emphasizes strategic planning, multi-project oversight, and rigorous risk management to achieve objectives and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with clients, authorities, and cross-functional teams, driving value, performance, and innovation across complex industrial programmes and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional membership is a must - PMI, RICS, ICE, etc.
• At least 20 years of experience in oil & gas with programme and project management experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
• International PMC or EPC contractor experience.
• Experience in EPC/LSTK contracts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale oil & gas programmes.
• Deep understanding of industrial project operations, lifecycle, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Flexible location, preferably Riyadh or Khobar with domestic travel.
• Immediately available or 30 days notice period.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the overall programme strategy for large-scale industrial projects, ensuring robust planning and resource allocation.
• Manage multiple project teams, providing guidance to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align goals and optimize programme outcomes.
• Implement risk management strategies at the programme level and address issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards applicable to oil and gas operations.
• Prepare and present programme updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Engage with industry partners, government authorities, and stakeholders to foster relationships and enhance programme visibility.
• Continuously evaluate programme performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
