Job summary

A senior ERP Program Manager is needed in Dammam, Saudi Arabia to lead a large Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a major Oil & Gas Drilling organization. You will act as the client PMO, ensuring governance, delivery oversight, and successful transition to business operations.

The role demands 3–4 large Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations and experience as an independent PMO/Program Manager, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, PgMP or ITIL.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing at least 3–4 large-scale Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations.
• Experience serving as an independent PMO/Program Manager, representing the client side.
• Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, enterprise-wide ERP programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, and other relevant certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, and ITIL.

Job Title: ERP Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a leading Oil & Gas Drilling organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will act as an independent PMO representative, ensuring successful program governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Experience working in the GCC region, preferably Saudi Arabia
