Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, leading discovery, solution design, and architecture across EDR/XDR environments.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios, advising on governance, data protection, and risks.
• Troubleshoot deployments, contribute technical input to Statements of Work, and collaborate with channel partners to build delivery capability.
• Create internal and partner-facing delivery documentation and reference materials.
• Bring technical credibility and a consultative approach to ensure measurable outcomes and long-term success with the SentinelOne platform.

As a Professional Services Architect, you will serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements spanning SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations, taking full ownership from discovery and solution design through to deployment, handover, and long‑term customer success. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing technical role that calls for deep cybersecurity expertise, clear communication, and a consultative approach to every engagement you lead. Strong candidates will come from cybersecurity vendors, professional services practices, MSSPs, system integrators, and enterprise security teams.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, leading technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations with a primary focus on EDR/XDR environments and their integration into the broader security ecosystem.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios — including employee AI tool access, developer AI workflows, home‑grown AI applications, and browser‑based controls via enterprise MDM — while advising customers on AI governance, data protection, policy enforcement, and risks such as prompt injection and shadow AI usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during active deployments, partner with pre‑sales teams to scope engagements and contribute technical input into Statements of Work, and work alongside channel partners to provide guidance during joint engagements and build their delivery capability over time.
• Contribute to internal and partner‑facing delivery documentation, implementation guides, and technical reference materials, while building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and representing their technical needs internally.
• Bring technical credibility and a consultative approach to every engagement, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes and long‑term success with the SentinelOne platform.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, with meaningful time in customer‑facing technical roles such as Professional Services, technical consulting, or security engineering, and solid hands‑on experience with enterprise EDR and XDR technologies including deployment, configuration, and migration from incumbent endpoint security platforms.
• Good understanding of endpoint telemetry, detection and response workflows, security policy design, and how endpoint security integrates with SIEM, identity, and cloud security platforms, along with proficiency across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments and experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience designing and delivering AI security controls — including securing employee AI tool usage, developer AI workflow environments, and home‑grown AI applications — with familiarity with Prompt Security or comparable AI security platforms and awareness of AI security risks including prompt injection, sensitive data leakage, shadow AI adoption, and agentic AI workflows.
• Experience contributing to the scoping of Professional Services engagements including effort estimation and SOW input, and experience working alongside cybersecurity channel partners including MSSPs, system integrators, or value‑added resellers in a delivery or technical advisory capacity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders, supported by relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent. Hands‑on experience with Prompt Security, prior SentinelOne platform experience, and a track record of high customer satisfaction outcomes in a professional services environment will set you apart.
