Job summary

SentinelOne seeks an experienced Professional Services Architect to own customer engagements, spanning EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations. The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strong communication with technical and business stakeholders, and a hands-on approach from discovery through deployment and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise cybersecurity experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services or security engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience with enterprise EDR/XDR deployment, configuration, and migration.
• Understanding of endpoint telemetry, detection/response workflows, and integration with SIEM/identity/cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, leading discovery, solution design, and architecture across EDR/XDR environments.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios, advising on governance, data protection, and risks.
• Troubleshoot deployments, contribute technical input to Statements of Work, and collaborate with channel partners to build delivery capability.
• Create internal and partner-facing delivery documentation and reference materials.
• Bring technical credibility and a consultative approach to ensure measurable outcomes and long-term success with the SentinelOne platform.
