Crystal Flash LLC in Muscat is seeking a full-time lighting assembly technician to join our production line and support quality-focused manufacturing. You will prepare materials, assemble components, connect wiring, inspect for quality, and pack units for shipment, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, a good team player, and comfortable with repetitive tasks and basic computer data entry.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in electrical work or assembly (Electrical experience – 1 year).
• Attention to detail, especially during light sampling and quality testing.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain high quality.
• Basic computer skills for recording test results (if required).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and organize raw materials before production begins.
• Assemble and install lighting unit components according to instructions
• Connect wires and electrical parts correctly and safely.
• Use hand tools for installation and mounting.
• Conduct initial inspection and testing to ensure product safety.
• Identify minor defects and report them to the supervisor.
• Clean the product and ensure its final appearance.
• Pack lighting units into their designated boxes along with accessories.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards on the production line.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and cooperate with the production team.
