Job summary

Crystal Flash LLC in Muscat seeks a Procurement Executive to source quality products, manage supplier relationships, and support project sales with accurate pricing.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will participate in market research, supplier evaluations, and cost optimization within a fast-evolving team.

• Minimum 2 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality products from reliable suppliers at competitive prices while ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers, and manage the approved supplier database.
• Conduct market research to identify new products, benchmark prices, and evaluate supplier and competitor offerings.
• Prepare supplier comparisons and obtain management approval before purchase decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms to achieve the best commercial value.
• Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supplier or delivery issues.
• Provide timely and accurate product pricing and quotations to support project requirements.
• Attend regular meetings with the Project Sales Manager to review project needs, resolve procurement challenges, and support sales activities.
• Ensure timely confirmation of quotations and maintain smooth procurement operations.
