Job summary

Gender is seeking a skilled production engineer to monitor daily schedules and quality targets in a pallet manufacturing context. You will supervise cutting, assembly, and finishing operations while driving productivity improvements and minimizing downtime.

The role requires knowledge of ISO 9001, ERP/MRP systems, and AutoCAD, with 4–5 years in woodworking or pallet production preferred. Candidates should ensure machinery maintenance and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in woodworking or pallet manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning and ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and MS Excel; AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production schedules and quality targets.
