Job summary

BD is seeking a Product Specialist – PureWick to accelerate adoption and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The role acts as clinical and commercial champion, driving market development, stakeholder engagement and account expansion to establish Pure Wick as standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

The position covers hospital/healthcare environments with responsibilities spanning territory planning, customer engagement, and ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
• Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.
• Experience in UCC, Critical Care, Women’s Health, or hospital-based solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities in all HCO with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
• Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in clarifying timely issues that might affect delivery in the assigned area.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of product availability via sales teams.
• Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify KOLs with respected opinions within the incontinence community.
• Promote and raise product awareness in a compliant & ethical way.
• Understand and develop all sales channels with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
• Perform market mapping and customer segmentation.
• Ensure BD’s professional and ethical standards are followed.

As the clinical and commercial champion for the brand, the role drives market development, stakeholder engagement, clinical practice transformation, and account expansion to establish Pure Wick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

Job location - Dammam/Khobar, KSA

Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities in all HCO with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
• Lead account boarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area.
• Monitor the inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of the goods through the sales team communication.
• Manage relationship with Clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify the list of all KOL's with respected opinion within the incontinence community.
• Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right HCP in a complaint & ethical way.
• Understand and develop all sales channel with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
• You should be able to make proper market mapping and customer segmentation.
• Ensure that BD’s professional and ethical standards are followed.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
• Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
