Job summary

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading LLC in Oman is seeking a skilled Product Specialist with deep knowledge of Dermatology and Aesthetic products to join our team. The role focuses on assessing client needs, presenting promoted products, and supporting doctors with cost-benefit analyses.

You will collaborate with the sales team to execute brand strategies, attend conferences and trainings, maintain accurate records, and stay up-to-date with medical data.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dermatology and Aesthetic field is mandatory.
• Arabic & English speaking is necessary.
• Should have a valid Oman Driving License.
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted Dermatology and Aesthetic soft products.
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Provide product information and deliver product samples.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
• Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process.
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data.
• Problem solving by identifying the challenges and offering best solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Dermatology and Aesthetic field ( MANDATORY)
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record in sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Should have a valid Oman Driving License.
