Job summary

Team Saudi in Oman is seeking a Procurement Analytics & Dashboard specialist to develop, maintain, and enhance analytics, dashboards, and reports that drive transparency and informed decision-making across SOPC and federations.

You will translate data into actionable insights on demand, spend, performance, compliance, and value; collaborate with procurement and finance teams; and support governance reporting and system improvements in ERP/SAP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools covering procurement planning, spend, demand, performance, and compliance indicators.
• Translate procurement data into clear, structured, and actionable insights for management and executive audiences.
• Ensure analytics and dashboards are aligned with approved procurement KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
• Support continuous enhancement of analytics methodologies, visualization standards, and reporting formats.
• Prepare periodic procurement performance reports highlighting progress against plans, targets, and approved KPIs.
• Track procurement value delivery, including savings, cost avoidance, demand aggregation benefits, and sourcing outcomes.
• Support preparation of executive-level reports for the Senior Manager, Director, and CSSO, highlighting key trends, risks, achievements, and required interventions.
• Monitor procurement workload, pipeline status, and execution progress through structured reporting.
• Maintain procurement datasets and reporting repositories, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting cycles.
• Validate data sources, assumptions, and calculations used in procurement reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with procurement operations, category planning, and finance teams to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
• Document reporting methodologies, definitions, and data governance rules.
• Support monitoring and reporting of procurement compliance indicators, audit findings, and risk metrics.
• Prepare reporting inputs for governance forums, audits, and internal reviews in coordination with GRC and Internal Audit.
• Ensure procurement reports align with governance requirements, policies, and approved reporting standards.
• Respond to analytics and reporting requests from procaurement leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Support communication of procurement performance and insights in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc reviews, presentations, and decision-support initiatives.
• Support utilization and enhancement of procurement reporting capabilities within ERP / SAP and BI tools.
• Coordinate with IT and data teams to address reporting system issues, enhancements, or automation opportunities.
• Support testing and validation of procurement reporting outputs during system upgrades or changes.
