Job summary

Qianxin International LLC in Muscat is seeking a presales cybersecurity expert to translate customer requirements into competitive, deliverable solutions. You will support architecture, proposals, demos and PoCs while coordinating with product, R&D and delivery teams.

Role requires five years in presales or cybersecurity, strong presentation skills, fluent English (Arabic preferred) and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in a presales or cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including EDR/XDR, NDR, SOC/SIEM, WAF, DLP, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and cloud security.
• Experience preparing proposals, solution architectures, compliance responses, demos, proof-of-concept plans and technical documentation.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to understand security challenges, business goals, project scope and technical constraints.
• Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, compliance matrices, bills of materials and deployment scopes for cybersecurity projects.
• Deliver product presentations, demos, workshops and proof-of-concept activities; summarize testing results and technical findings.
• Support bidding activities by answering technical requirements, preparing clarification responses and coordinating internal reviews.
• Work with product, R&D, delivery and sales teams to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions.
• Provide basic technical training and solution guidance to local partners, helping them understand and position XCyber offerings.
