• Interpret and analyze engineering, structural, and construction drawings accurately
• Plan and execute civil works for plant construction projects
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution
• Supervise site activities including contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications
