Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is hiring a Medical Representative (Pharmaceuticals) in Muscat to drive sales, manage key stakeholder relationships, and execute local marketing plans across Oman.

You will conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals, detail products, and ensure full territory coverage while achieving targets. Fluency in English and MOH license are required, with travel within Oman expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• Minimum of 2 years in the Omani healthcare/pharmaceutical market.
• Valid MOH Oman license is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within Oman with a valid license.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals and key stakeholders regularly and detail products.
• Ensure full territory coverage across Oman.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using consultative selling.
• Gather local market insights and report competitive activities.
• Align local promotional activities with company guidelines.
• Maintain daily call reports, territory logs and CRM data.
• Adhere strictly to industry compliance and internal policies.
