Job summary

Talent Arabia seeks a seasoned Performance/Load Test Engineer to own non-functional test planning, workload modelling, and system analysis across enterprise software in Oman. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional working experience in software quality assurance focusing on non-functional testing and performance engineering.
• Deep practical proficiency in industry-standard load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Strong hands-on experience testing API endpoints, microservices, and distributed web applications.
