InterContinental Muscat is seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie- Pastry to join our luxury kitchen team. You will support the bakery section, prepare mise-en-place, and help maintain high standards in pastry and bakery production.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ pastry experience in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Ability to work with and lead teams from different cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in daily operation and work.
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and production in pastry & bakery sections.
• Ensure hygienic work areas and manage stock and costs in the pastry section.
• Lead and guide junior staff and participate in buffets and special functions.
• Coordinate with other sections to maintain quality and cost control.
