Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts for the menu.
• Develop new recipes and techniques to enhance pastry offerings.
• Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully.
• Train and manage junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.

Requirements
