Job summary

Madi International is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative - Nail & Hair in Oman. The role focuses on driving sales growth across multiple brands within the assigned territory by executing a structured roadmap and maintaining strong relationships with salon partners.

The candidate should have proven sales experience in the beauty industry, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory. This is a field-based position located in Oman.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or salon industry.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to hit targets.
• Drive sales of focus products, promotions, and liquidation stock.
• Build and maintain relationships with salon partners to grow account value.
• Identify new salon accounts and expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities for insights.
• Execute route plans ensuring territory coverage through client visits.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Brand teams on launches and campaigns.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions and POS at salon level.
• Manage collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate value propositions.
