Job summary

Emerson is hiring a Cybersecurity Service Engineer to deliver on-site maintenance, installation, commissioning, and cybersecurity guidance for Emerson products. The role focuses on improving system reliability, safety, and cyber posture through proactive recommendations and expert support.

You will engage in troubleshooting, project coordination, and customer training while collaborating with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, CS, electronics, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5–6 years in automation, control systems, industrial networking, or cybersecurity in process industries.
• Strong knowledge of Emerson Process Systems and Solutions products.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and service activities per customer requirements.
• Provide recommendations on system improvements and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Coordinate and execute assigned service projects and technical activities.
• Startup, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Emerson systems and products.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
• Support Sales Engineers with product demos and customer presentations.
• Assist customers in understanding product applications, cybersecurity best practices, and procedures.
• Develop and implement system configuration changes to meet customer needs.
• Deliver on-site training related to operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain service documentation.
