• Understand existing setups and processes
• Resolve functional and technical errors in the CRM environment
• Fix issues in customized forms and reports
• Provide on-site support to users
• Assist in data migration and system upgrades
• Develop Oracle forms and reports; modify web services
• Coordinate with other consultants (Java, DBA) when needed
• Provide 7x24 support when required
