Job description

Alfalogic recruits Oracle CRM (EBS R12) Technical Consultant with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with customization of CRM module for Third-Party application Billing Application. The candidates who are selected for the project should be able to join in 15 days and relocate to Muscat , Oman.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the existing setups and processes
• Resolving functional and technical errors/bugs encountered in the existing setup
• Fixing errors/bugs which will be encountered while using customized forms, reports
• Providing On-site support to users when required in case of difficulty in the usage of the software.
• Providing support to users in case of corruption in the software to get back to normal situation.
• Support by Techno/Functional Consultant for any changes required in Application functionality and features.
• Application Changing, Problem solving, bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance related to Application software.
• Give MM Users an application training whenever needed
• Designing solution for new services
• Provision of the recommended solution for implementing new services or facing any issue based on their experience and best practice.
• Co-ordination with other consultants (e.i. java consultant, DBA, etc ) when required.
• Performing unit testing and process related testing on upgraded environment
• Attend all meetings with MM team and with other Bidders as required
• Developing Oracle forms, reports (XML Publisher), database objects and the customizations within the implementation
• Developing new web services and modifying the exciting.
• Applying the personalization needed in the standard Oracle Forms
• Applying full testing on the customized solution
• should have experience in Oracle Receivable Module
• Coordinating with Oracle Metalink website for TAR and Web Conference supports for any Oracle CRM and Revenue related issues
• Responsible for any data migration required by Muscat Municipality
• Will be part of project team member for development of business scenarios and test cases for UAT of upgraded system
• Will do any updates related to upgrading to new releases
• Helping the Java Technical Consultant writing PL/SQL statement and provide him with any information may need
• Knowledge transfer will be carried out during the support period to MM Team
• Provide 7x24 support when required
