Job summary

The International School of Choueifat, Muscat is seeking a full-time, on-site Administration professional to support daily school operations. You will help maintain a safe environment, manage student line-ups, monitor transitions between classes, and ensure accurate attendance reporting in the SABIS/SIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct corridor, bathroom, and classroom checks before school to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate student line-up before, during, and after recess with SLO prefects to maintain order.
• Manage travel time between classes to minimize lost time.
• Mentor students on discipline to support a safe learning environment.
• Enter information accurately into SABIS/SIS systems including attendance and infractions.
• Contact and update parents if a student is absent.
• Observe classes to ensure calm learning conditions.
• Ensure safety and address bullying or fighting promptly.
• Participate in weekly meetings and trainings with the team.
• Promote the Student Life Code of Honor throughout the school.
