  • Analyse student performance and implement appropriate improvement plans.

  • Support teachers in improving instructional quality and classroom management.

  • Coordinate admissions, student placement, attendance and school records.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
  • Lead the effective implementation of the British Curriculum across Nursery and Primary sections.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, assessment and student progress.
