Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of experience managing IT and application projects.
• Experience in customer-facing project management.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Previous project delivery experience in Oman or the Middle East is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage IT and application projects from initiation and planning through implementation, UAT, go-live, handover, and closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate closely with customers, business stakeholders, technical teams, application vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Lead requirements coordination, application implementation, system integration, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, progress reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct regular project reviews with customers and management.
• Proactively manage project risks, escalations, and delivery dependencies.
• Ensure timely completion, customer acceptance, smooth handover, and formal project closure.
