Job summary

TALENTCO HR SERVICES LLP is seeking an experienced Divisional Manager Marine & Marine Engineering in Oman to oversee the division's operational, financial and strategic performance. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large-scale marine EPC projects, drive profitability and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering is required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership responsibilities.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marine Engineering, Ship Repair, Dredging or Marine EPC.
• Experience leading large-scale marine projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, contract management and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional P&L, budgets, revenue targets and cost control.
• Lead project managers, engineers and technical teams across lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities in ship repair, dredging and marine EPC.
