Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and project setup skills.
• Experience with market entry, tendering, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase 1: Business setup, registrations, and pricing framework.
• Drive Phase 2: Bid preparation, tender reviews, and secured project.
• Oversee Phase 3: Project execution controls, profitability, and pipeline growth.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, QA/QC, HSE for process alignment.
• Mentor core project and BD team for scalable delivery.
