Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant NUPCO and healthcare tender opportunities.
• Manage the complete tender submission process.
• Review tender documents, requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
• Coordinate technical and commercial submissions with internal teams and international suppliers.
• Prepare and organize required tender documentation.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, complete, and on time.
• Maintain an organized database of tenders and related status.
• Provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and international partners.
