• Conduct annual category analysis including spend analysis and supply market assessment.
• Lead and govern the full tender lifecycle and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage vendor performance and establish a structured Vendor Performance Management framework.
• Act as the primary procurement business partner to assigned stakeholders.
