Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking a Network Engineer to support and manage network infrastructure while providing onsite IT helpdesk and technical support. The role requires hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, firewall and switch management, and enterprise server environments.

The successful candidate will maintain network infrastructure, resolve issues, manage firewalls and switches, and support Nutanix servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT helpdesk experience.
• Hands-on experience managing firewalls and switches.
• Experience with Nutanix server management.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide onsite technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain firewalls and network switches.
• Manage and support Nutanix server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related technical issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and address connectivity problems.
• Provide onsite IT helpdesk and technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide end-user technical assistance and support.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
• Support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
