Job summary

Siemens AG in Muscat is seeking a Project Manager to lead international Substation Control System (SCS)/SCADA projects. You will manage planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring budget, schedule, and technical performance meet customer requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, deep knowledge of SCS/SCADA/RTU, and fluency in English. PMP or Siemens certification is preferred, with cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, vendors, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering is required.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Substation Control System (SCS)/SCADA/RTU is essential.
• PMP or Siemens certification is preferable or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Experience with project management with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage single- and multiple Substation Control System (SCS)/SCADA projects.
• Lead all phases from planning to execution and closeout.
• Control cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of projects.
• Define milestones and align with master plans.
• Communicate status, risks, and progress to leadership and customers.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure regular status reports on scope, budget, and performance.
