Job summary

Siemens AG in Muscat, Oman invites applications for a Project Manager role focusing on Electrification & Automation. You will manage customer projects from planning to closeout, ensuring alignment with PM standards and client requirements.

The position requires 5–8 years' experience in Substation Control Systems (SCS), SCADA/RTU, and knowledge of gas and air-insulated switchgear. PMP or Siemens certification is preferred or aims to obtain within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 5–8 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in Substation Control System (SCS), SCADA, RTU.
• PMP or Siemens Certification preferred or willing to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects according to PM standards and customer requirements.
• Lead all phases from planning to execution and closeout.
• Control cost, schedule, and technical performance; define milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report progress to leadership and customers.
• Ensure risk management, proposal and contract management, and site commissioning coordination.
