Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and related services.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online environments.
• Implement and manage Azure cloud services, including VMs, storage, networking, and identity management.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to internal teams.
• Ensure system performance, security hardening, and compliance with best practices.
• Implement and manage virtualization solutions (Hyper‑V / VMware).
• Monitor infrastructure, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
