Coefficient Alliances & Ventures (Coefftalent) is seeking a Migration Delivery Manager to lead a PMO overseeing a major card scheme migration for a leading bank in Oman. The role requires hands-on experience across digital acquisition, portfolio health and value creation, with strong capabilities in analytics, marketing, operations, risk and compliance.

Qualifications

Engineering/MBA with delivery management focus and PMP preferred.
10+ years in program management and cards/payments portfolio management.
Experience leading end-to-end, large-scale conversion programs in banking/payments.
Proven ability to align Product, Risk, Ops, Marketing and vendors to meet timelines and budget.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Govern and drive the card scheme migration program via the PMO.
Maintain end-to-end Migration Masterplan with milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
Liaise between scheme and Client with governance and executive-level communication.
Visualize conversion health using dashboard data and KPIs.
Lead card production, personalization, fulfillment and processor integration.
Manage customer conversion strategy and seamless migration experience.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing and Procurement.
Drive day-to-day execution with proactive risk, issue and dependency management.
Provide executive reporting and governance through Steering Committees.
