Job summary

Misk Real Estate Development in Muscat seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities on major residential and commercial projects.

You will review drawings, supervise site teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with consultants to meet project timelines in Oman. You will drive BOMs, manage procurement liaison, and mentor junior engineers while upholding international standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry in Oman.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution, testing & commissioning, quality control, and quantity take-off/BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in reading and reviewing MEP drawings and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering works.
• Good knowledge of relevant international standards, local regulations, and construction best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM software experience will be an added advantage.

Hiring: MEP Engineer - Oman

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing construction team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with proven experience in delivering high-quality commercial and residential construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
