Job summary

AL BAHJA REAL ESTATE in Muscat seeks an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with 5–8 years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with designs, safety standards and project timelines.

The candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors and subcontractors, monitor progress and support testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience supervising MEP works on construction sites.
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP works on construction sites.
• Ensure installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to Project Manager/MEP Engineer.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Manage manpower, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily logs and material usage.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
