Job summary

Augustus Media is seeking a Commercial Executive to drive the sales process for our brands in Oman. You will build and maintain client relationships, develop commercial media proposals, and qualify and close new accounts.

The role requires strong communication in English and Arabic and a proactive, results-driven mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver end-of-campaign reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Media or agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks.
• Manage and support all aspects of commercial management and stakeholders.
• Develop and present commercial media proposals to clients.
• Prospect new clients including qualifying and closing new accounts.
• Prepare for and manage business meetings effectively.
• Build sales pipeline and maintain high activity levels.
• Collaborate with Sales performance and Content teams to optimize campaigns and meet objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery goals; escalate delivery issues as necessary.
• Track, optimize and compile campaign analytics and end-of-campaign reports for clients.
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
