Job summary

Augustus Media is seeking a Commercial Executive to drive the sales process for our brands in Oman. You will build and maintain client relationships, develop commercial media proposals, and qualify and close new accounts.

The role requires strong communication in English and Arabic and a proactive, results-driven mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver end-of-campaign reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Media or agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaign performance and delivery goals; escalate delivery issues as necessary.
• Track, optimize and compile campaign analytics and end-of-campaign reports for clients.
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Commercial Executive

The Commercial Executive will be responsible for the sales process of Augustus Media brands.

Business Development and Commercial Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks
• Managing and supporting all aspects of commercial management and stakeholders
• Developing and presenting commercial media proposals to clients is a strong plus
• Prospect new clients including the ability to qualify and close new accounts
• Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings
• Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity
• Effectively collaborate with functional groups such as Sales performance and Content teams to optimize campaigns and meet performance objectives

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field;
