Job summary

Want More in Khasab, Oman is seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons on our construction sites. You will ensure work is safe, on schedule, and built to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, mentoring masons, reviewing blueprints and plans, coordinating with subcontractors and project managers, and maintaining materials and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a mason, at least 2 years in supervision, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Physically fit with the ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
