Job summary

SeaLink in Salalah is seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to lead a team on construction sites. You will oversee masons, ensure quality, and meet project timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating work, reading drawings, maintaining safety, training staff, and coordinating with other supervisors. Five years of supervision experience and good English communication are required; visa readiness is welcomed.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Salalah.

As a Mason Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Train and mentor new masons to improve their skills and productivity
• Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
• Monitor progress and quality of work making adjustments as needed
• Order materials tools and equipment as required for projects
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
• Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of different masonry techniques materials and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English other languages an asset
• Valid visa or ability to obtain one for non-Omani nationals
